Royal Regatta has been a leading sporting and social event in every rower’s
calendar since it began in 1839. The competition has grown fiercer; the events have
multiplied and in recent years it has attracted international teams from across
the globe.
Hundreds
of spectators flock to the Regatta every year and everyone’s eye is drawn to
the blazers that they wear. The banks of the Thames will be brightly lit with
an array of colours and designs during this five day spectacle. Every club
